With the Pictoplasma Festival coming up in May in Berlin, we thought this would be the perfect opportunity to take a look at some of the best character artists for the year 2017. For those who are unaware of what the Pictoplasma Festival is, it’s basically a conference which takes place each year to showcase the latest trends in character design and art, screenings of the latest animations as well as exhibitions to experience original works.
